  • Replace the plastic case if cracked.
  • Replace the chip clip if missing or loose.
  • Update the chip firmware to the latest release.
  • Ensure the chip ID is correct.
  • Test the magnetic distance detection
  • Replace the chip if the distance is not within specification.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a return shipping label via email.  Place the chips in a padded envelope or small box and print and attach the label.
