Description
Developed by longtime track coach Tim Cawley, this sprint start sled can clear nearly all modern starting blocks and provides smooth resistance for sprint athletes. Not just for resisted block starts, the sled is also effective speed training equipment for developing athletes in a range of team sports. The weight post fits Olympic-style plates, and the sled includes 11′ leads and 3” wide hook & loop closure belt (adjustable up to 42″ waist). The sled can be used by the max belt and comes in a gloss black finish.
