I have been a guest at all 3 U.S. Olympic Training Centers as an athlete (Lake Placid), sport scientist (Colorado Springs & Chula Vista), and coach (Colorado Springs). I have coached 6 athletes to Track & Field national championships and multiple others to national championship qualifiers in the sports of track, weightlifting, skeleton and bobsleigh. Additionally, I have served as fitness coach for professionals in a variety of other sports including baseball, football, golf, and soccer.
