- You’ll earn 5% of the value of your order (excluding shipping, taxes, and fees) in reward points.
- Points are added to your account once your order has been processed and shipped.
- Rewards are not earned on shipping costs, sales tax, duties, or any discounts applied to your order.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside of our store.
Redeeming Rewards
- Points can be redeemed for eligible items in our online shop during checkout.
- You may choose how many points to apply toward a purchase, and the discount will be reflected in your order total.
- Reward redemptions cannot be combined with certain promotions or coupon codes.
- Points used on a returned order will not be reissued once the return is processed.
Account Requirements
- To earn and redeem points, you must create an account on our website.
- Points are automatically tracked and managed through our myCred rewardssystem once you’re logged in.
- If you check out as a guest, points will not be earned or applied to your account.
Additional Details
- We reserve the right to adjust points in the event of cancellations, refunds, or suspected misuse.
- The rewards program may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
